Managing and overseeing changes to packaging and artwork content while complying with applicable regulatory requirements in an international context
Coordination and collaboration with relevant departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Marketing, and Manufacturing
Participation in the conception and implementation of packaging designs in connection with product launches
Ensuring the consistency and completeness of data and documentation in the systems in use
Monitoring of ongoing processes in the artwork environment, including the analysis of relevant key performance indicators
Participation in initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of processes in the packaging and artwork departments
Maintaining and ensuring that packaging templates are up to date within the framework of the respective production cycles
Tracking and Managing Changes and Versioning Within an ERP System
Your profile
Several years of professional experience in packaging, artwork management, or similar roles, preferably in regulated industries
Initial experience in coordinating projects or cross-functional collaboration
Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German is a plus
Proficiency in common Office applications and, ideally, experience with ERP solutions and specialized artwork systems
High precision, a structured approach, and a strong commitment to quality
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
