Development and Design of Innovative Plant and Automation Concepts
Evaluation and Selection of Suitable Systems, Components, and Suppliers
Conducting price and contract negotiations with external partners
Coordination of all internal and external project participants and interfaces
Supporting projects from the conceptual phase through commissioning to series production readiness
Collaborating on feasibility studies and contributing technical expertise to new product ideas
Ensuring effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Continuous optimization of technical solutions in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and process reliability
Your profile
Advanced technical training, preferably in automation technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Experience in managing and implementing automation projects
Strong project management skills and a strong focus on goals and results
Technical understanding, as well as analytical and holistic thinking skills
A creative, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and flexibility
A person with strong communication skills and a persuasive personality who enjoys working with a variety of contacts
Excellent English skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
CAD skills are a plus
