Further develop and professionalize the entire finance organization, including controlling, internal cost accounting, fixed asset accounting, and liquidity planning
Monitoring the budget, forecasts, and investments
Maintaining financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
Preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) in collaboration with the auditors
Proactively shaping the internal control system (ICS), general tools, and structures
Responsibilities and support in human resources: payroll administration, social security, general HR processes
Point of contact for the Board of Directors, auditors, banks, and government agencies
Your profile
A successful advanced degree in finance/controlling, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Several years of experience in the operational management of finance and accounting functions, as well as an interest in the further development of processes, structures, and business management tools
Knowledge of human resources administration
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Analytical and systematic thinking, with a strong aptitude for numbers
A trustworthy and reliable team player with a hands-on approach
Experience in the construction industry is a must
