You will be responsible for the integration and application of AI solutions in company processes and actively drive their productive use.
Ensuring consistent, seamless processes across all departments.
Training, empowerment and continuous support of users as well as development and support of the key user network.
Documentation of processes, definition of standards and support with internal and external audits.
Your profile
Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in ERP management, ideally in an industrial or SME environment.
Sound experience in process management and the implementation of digitization projects.
Good knowledge of project management (classic, agile or hybrid).
Experience in using modern AI tools is an advantage.
Very good command of written and spoken English.
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
Strong communication and moderation skills, a high level of service orientation and the ability to convey technical topics in an understandable way.
