Overseeing and monitoring building systems, as well as independently performing various maintenance tasks
Maintenance and support for systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, compressed air, and water treatment
Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs, as well as systematically analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions
Maintenance and monitoring of fire protection infrastructure, such as fire alarm, sprinkler, and other safety systems
Coordination and supervision of external specialized companies and service providers, taking into account quality, safety, and hygiene requirements
Technical support for renovations, internal relocations, infrastructure adjustments, and smaller technical projects
Organizing and, in some cases, independently performing general building maintenance tasks as well as seasonal work such as winter maintenance
Maintenance and updating of equipment documentation, maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation
Serving as the primary point of contact for technical building management, as well as being available for on-call and special assignments
Continuous identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement in the areas of operational safety, availability, costs, and efficiency
Your profile
Completed basic technical training, for example in mechanical engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field
Work experience in technical maintenance or the operation of building and utility systems
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning is a plus
A solid overall understanding of technology and strong manual dexterity
Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical engineering
Experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of technical systems and equipment
An independent, organized, and reliable work style with a strong sense of responsibility
