Facility Manager
Your area of responsibility
Ensuring trouble-free and safe building operations
Planning and coordination of maintenance, upkeep, and repair work
Management and Oversight of External Service Providers
Participation in renovation, refurbishment, and capital investment projects
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements
Optimization of Infrastructure, Operational Processes, and Energy Efficiency
Assistance with budgeting, cost control, and contract management
Point of contact for internal departments, external partners, and government agencies
Coordination of Property Maintenance and Building Cleaning
Your profile
Basic technical training, e.g., in electrical engineering, HVAC, building automation, construction, or facilities management
Ideally, further training in facility management
Several years of professional experience in technical building operations or facility management
Strong knowledge of building and facilities engineering
Technical and business acumen
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
A strong hands-on attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when needed
Experience in managing technical projects is a plus
Strong IT user skills
