Supervision of asset accounting
Technical and personnel management of two team members in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including their representation
Coordination of cash management with the US parent company
Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
Reporting to the parent company in the USA
Monitoring and compliance with the internal control system in accordance with the Group's requirements and the applicable legal provisions
Independent supervision of holding company accounting including preparation of financial statements
Responsible for VAT settlements in Switzerland and abroad
Preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, including tax returns
Your profile
Many years of experience in financial accounting
Ideally first management experience
Completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate
Excellent written and spoken English (at least level B2)
Enthusiasm for working in an international environment
