Your area of responsibility
Development and Implementation of the Group-Wide HR Strategy
Harmonization, standardization, and continuous optimization of HR processes and HR policies
Further development of modern HR tools throughout the entire employee life cycle
Development and implementation of group-wide standards in the areas of talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
A sparring partner for senior management and executives on all strategic HR issues
Responsibility for organizational development and supporting change and transformation processes
Promoting a modern corporate culture and enhancing the company's appeal as an employer
Analysis of relevant HR metrics and identification of appropriate measures for continuous improvement
Your profile
Higher education in human resources, business administration, or a related field (university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent)
Several years of leadership and management experience in an international HR role, ideally in an industrial setting
Extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and the establishment and further development of group-wide HR structures
Proven project management skills and experience in the digitization and optimization of HR processes
Confident demeanor, strong consulting skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A leader of integrity with an entrepreneurial mindset
Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
