Head of Group Quality (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the Group Quality & HSE division across all international locations
Ensuring and further developing an integrated quality, environmental, and safety management system in compliance with all relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and customer requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Management and continuous optimization of all quality-related processes, particularly in the areas of complaint management, CAPA, change management, risk management, and document management
Planning, conducting, and overseeing internal and external audits, as well as ensuring the sustainable implementation of the resulting improvement measures
Promoting a company-wide culture of quality and safety, and launching operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the entire value chain
Ensuring effective testing, measurement, and production control processes to guarantee the highest quality standards and supporting the departments in matters related to quality
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, suppliers, government agencies, and certification bodies, and ensure the provision of meaningful reports on relevant quality and HSE metrics to management and the Group
Your profile
A degree in engineering or the natural sciences (university or university of applied sciences) or comparable training with relevant continuing education in quality management
Several years of experience in a senior quality, QEHS, or operations role within a manufacturing company
In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Proven experience in the areas of audit management, CAPA, risk analysis, operational excellence, and process optimization
Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions and putting them into practice
A charismatic, persuasive, and inspiring leader with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach
Fluency in spoken and written German and English, as well as a willingness to travel occasionally
