Your area of responsibility
As a member of the local management team, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a small HR team.
You develop and implement the local HR strategy in line with the company's objectives and are responsible for the HR budget.
You design remuneration and benefit structures and monitor payroll accounting, tax compliance and reporting.
They manage recruiting, employer branding, onboarding and internal talent development via targeted training and career paths.
They coach managers in performance management, conflict resolution and employee engagement and actively shape the corporate culture.
They ensure legal compliance (CH labor law, GDPR) and maintain relationships with authorities, trade unions and industry associations.
You look after the HR systems and the authority portals (SUVA, AIHK, pension funds, KTG) and manage the external service providers.
You create KPIs and Group reporting for management and are responsible for reception, including internal staff events.
Your profile
Completed training and further education in the field of Human Resources (federal certificate or diploma in HR management) or equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR management position, ideally in an industrial SME or corporate environment.
Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security system and GDPR.
Experience in a matrix organization with global or regional HR teams an advantage.
Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
Discretion, integrity and a pronounced service orientation.
