Providing support to the Swiss headquarters on all HR matters and working closely with the Head of Group HR on group-wide HR projects
Provide technical support to the HR team for administrative HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle, particularly regarding onboarding and offboarding, ensuring high-quality HR administration, and reviewing and verifying the accuracy of monthly payroll processing, etc.
Responsibility for the recruitment of highly qualified professionals and executives
Implementing HR processes and actively shaping digital transformation in HR
Act as a substitute for the Head of Group HR during his or her absence
Your profile
Advanced education in human resources management (e.g., HR certification, university of applied sciences, university, or comparable education)
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable generalist HR role
Experience in advising executives as well as in operational and strategic human resources management
Project management skills and a passion for developing and optimizing HR processes
A high degree of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a strong commitment to customer service
A person with strong communication skills and a winning personality, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
