Your area of responsibility • Further development and implementation of the QHSE objectives and the management system • Planning and conducting internal audits and assisting with external audits • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of standards, laws, and guidelines • Development and maintenance of key performance indicators, the QHSE dashboard, and reporting • Consulting and training for executives and employees • Handling and tracking QHSE issues and actions • Support with sustainability issues and their implementation
Your profile • Vocational training or a degree in a chemical or industrial field • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 • Additional training in quality or lean management is a plus • Understanding of chemical production processes • An entrepreneurial, quality-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a passion for cross-functional collaboration • Excellent German and good English skills
