Your profile
Several years of experience in human resources consulting or recruitment, ideally with leadership experience
Existing network and market knowledge in the Basel area
An entrepreneurial, articulate, and skilled negotiator
Proactive approach, ability to close deals, and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and candidates
Business-level German; additional language skills are a plus
