Ensuring seamless and timely monthly payroll processing during the interim period, including the review and validation of payroll changes, variable compensation, and deductions
A knowledgeable point of contact for employees and managers on all payroll and HR matters throughout the entire employee life cycle
Administrative and payroll-related processing of new hires, terminations, and personnel changes, including accurate final pay statements
Handling social security, withholding taxes, absences, and pension and insurance matters in close collaboration with external agencies
Conducting year-end processes, submitting payroll reports and statutory filings, and preparing reports on personnel costs and HR metrics
Documentation and optimization of payroll processes, as well as a structured handover to the successor
Your profile
Basic business training with advanced continuing education in HR or payroll (e.g., HR certification, social security certification, or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as a payroll specialist at a Swiss company; experience with interim assignments is a plus
Proper Handling of Work Authorizations and the Pay-Related Specifics of Cross-Border Workers
Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and time management systems; experience with Infoniqa 200, Infoniqa HCM, DocuWare, PSI BDE/PZ, PSI BDE/PZ-ESS, BSD ZUKO, or Zeugnismanager is a plus
A meticulous, independent work style, the ability to grasp concepts quickly, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new systems and processes
Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English, as well as the ability to start work on short notice
