Quality Manager (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
Development, Implementation, and Maintenance of Quality and Regulatory Systems
Ensuring compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards (ISO 9001 and, where applicable, UL and CSA)
Serves as the management representative for the quality management systems and as the designated point of contact for certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Promoting quality awareness and continuous improvement across all departments, with a particular focus on supplier management and supplier quality
Regular reporting to senior management, active participation in divisional quality management teams at other locations, and maintaining interfaces with the corporate level
Support for workplace safety (5–10 %) through safety programs, employee information, and suggestions for improvement
Your profile
Diploma in Quality Management or a master's degree; alternatively, a bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.A.) with relevant professional experience
At least 5 years of experience as a quality engineer or in quality management in a regulated environment
In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001)
Training as a security assistant or higher qualification in accordance with Swiss regulations
Expert knowledge of QMS software and SAP modules, as well as proficiency with MS Office
Proficiency in spoken and written German and English (at least C1 level)
