Ensuring accounts receivable and accounts payable management incl. dunning process
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines as well as quality standards
Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in accounting matters
Your profile
Completed business training, ideally with additional training in finance and accounting (professional certification)
Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting with expertise in financial statement preparation (individual financial statements)
Very strong ERP skills, ideally with Aba Immo
