Ensuring the efficient, structured, and customer-focused processing of all domestic and international orders
Responsibility for export and customs clearance, as well as compliance with all country-specific regulations
Continuous optimization of processes and procedures in the internal sales/export department
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Point of contact for customers, government agencies, and logistics partners
Participating in day-to-day operations and supporting the team with complex customer issues
Monitoring relevant key performance indicators and ensuring a high level of service quality
Your profile
Basic business training, as well as continuing education in sales, exports, international trade, or business administration
Several years of professional experience in the internal sales department of an internationally active industrial company
In-depth knowledge of export and customs procedures
Initial or several years of leadership experience
Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
A strong customer-service orientation, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Enjoyment in further developing processes and actively helping to shape change
