Leadership, coordination, and professional development of the 8–10 employees in the brewing division
Overall responsibility for the proper and efficient execution of the entire brewing process
Planning, managing, and monitoring production processes from the receipt of raw materials to the finished beer
Ensuring consistently high product quality and compliance with defined quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Responsibility for managing recipes and their ongoing optimization
Monitoring and optimization of the brewhouse, fermentation, aging, filtration, and bottling
Analysis and further development of existing production processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and resource conservation
Planning and coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and repair work in collaboration with the technical department
Contributing to the development of new beers, recipes, and product concepts
Documentation and Analysis of Relevant Production and Quality Metrics
Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Management
Your profile
Completed training in brewing, including advanced training to become a master brewer, as well as several years of professional experience in the brewing or beverage industry
Experience in leading and developing employees, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in formulation development, product optimization, and quality assurance, with a strong commitment to quality and a high sense of responsibility
An independent, organized, and solution-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of self-motivation, and excellent German language skills;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, SAP
Fluency in German is required
